Purify Intelligence Limited (company number 16334063, registered at 126 Wish Hill, Eastbourne, England, BN20 9HL) is a B2B software firm that helps clients process and reuse survey data. We comply with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and ICC/ESOMAR research industry standards.

Data we collect

Depending on our relationship with you, we may collect: Identity, Contact, Financial, Transactional, Usage, Marketing, Technical, Demographic, Background Check, and Position/Competency information. We have no intention of collecting data from children under 16 without parental consent.

How we use it, by relationship

  • Suppliers: registration, payment processing, relationship management and legal compliance, relying on contract performance and legitimate business interests.
  • Clients: service delivery, analytics and recommendations, relying on contract performance and business development interests.
  • Job applicants: assessment and background checks, relying on recruitment legitimate interests and pre-contractual necessity.

Sharing your data

We may share data during a business restructuring (where the receiving party agrees to respect your personal data), with public bodies where legally required, and with service providers under Data Processing Agreements.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, portability, or restriction of processing of your data, and you may withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time. We aim to fulfil requests within statutory timeframes, without charge, unless a request is manifestly excessive.

Retention

We delete data once its purpose is fulfilled, except where statutory obligations or legal defence needs require us to retain it for longer.
